About the Journal
Indonesian Journal of Da'wah Management Scholars (INDO-JDMS) is a scholarly, peer-reviewed, and open-access interdisciplinary journal that is published twice a year (April and October). It has been registered in E-ISSN (Electronic - International Standard Serial Number) 3109-9866 since Vol. 01 No. 01 April 2025. The journal is published by the Indonesian Association for Da'wah Management Scholar (Perkumpulan Ahli Manajemen Dakwah Indonesia - PAMDI). INDO-JDMS provides a means for sustained discussion of relevant issues that fall within the focus and scope of the journal, which can be examined empirically. This journal is managed professionally by editors and reviewers from internal and external of The PAMDI in collaboration with Da'wah Management Departments of State Islamic University (UIN) Fatmawati Sukarno Bengkulu, UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta and UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta, Indonesia.
The journal publishes research articles covering all aspects of da'wah management or organization (Islamic context). The broad range of Islamic contexts published by the journal includes, but is not limited to, research in research in Islamic philanthropy and humanitarian, mosques, halal tourism, Hajj and Umrah management, Muslim workers, Islamic economic institutions, zakat and waqf management, da'wah strategies, etc. We warmly invite all individuals who possess a keen interest in the focus and scope of INDO-JDMS to contribute to our publication.
Before Submission: Authors must use the INDO-JDMS Template, follow Author Guidelines and Editorial Policies, proofread the manuscript, and conduct a similarity check. Proofreading and similarity check results must be uploaded. A signed Author Statement of Ethics Form is also required. Registration and login are necessary for submission and status tracking.
Editorial Process: INDO-JDMS follows a double-blind peer-review to ensure academic integrity, quality, and originality. Manuscripts are screened for relevance, originality, and alignment with the journal's scope and ethics, then reviewed by the editorial team and peer reviewers for quality. The process ensures fair, objective, and consistent evaluation.
Publishing System and Process: The INDO-JDMS utilizes Open Journal Systems (OJS), a platform that streamlines the editorial workflow by providing tools for submission, peer review, and publication. It also supports the open-access dissemination of scholarly content (see Publishing System and Process).
